Conference Exhibit Opportunities

There are a very limited number of booths available for non-sponsoring exhibitors.  They will be available to members in good standing with a join date prior to August 17, 2003 during the early registration period.  If booths remain following the end of the early registration period (June 12), they will be made available to non-member companies and organizations, also on a first come first served basis. 

Exhibits include one full conference registration, two exhibit-area passes, a 6-foot table, two chairs, and a waste basket.  Electrical service and other booth needs are additional.  The cost to NEMA Members is $2,000, non-members is $2,500.

Exhibitor Registration
The Exhibitor Application and Contract includes an area for assignment of the complimentary registration and exhibit passes.  On-line registration is not necessary for individuals receiving complimentary registration or booth passes.  Additional exhibit passes and/or complimentary registrations will not be assigned.  Any and all additional attendees must register for the conference at the prevailing rate.  No exceptions will be made.
