Registration Information

In order to register for the 2008 Annual Conference you must do so here on our website by completing the on-line Conference Registration before August 15, 2008. Step by step instructions are listed below. You will receive confirmation of your registration and a confirmation number, which you can use to make any necessary updates and changes to your registration at a later date. If you do not receive a registration confirmation please email vcarothers@csg.org for assistance.

Registration Fees

All registrations* submitted by July 6, 2008 will receive $50 off the conference registration fee. Registrations submitted between August 9 and August 15, 2008 will be assessed a late registration fee of $100 in addition to the conference registration fee. Registrations will not be accepted after August 15, 2008. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. The NEMA website, www.nemaweb.org is a secure website verified by WebTrust. To view the security certificate, please click on the Webtrust logo.

*Spouse and guest program registrations do not qualify for the early registration discount.

Private Sector Non-Members

Non-member private sector participation in NEMA conferences is encouraged to determine what value can be provided to NEMA and gained by the private sector entity. Non-member attendance is limited to two conferences or events. Non-member private sector attendees at NEMA meetings will be identified by a colored sticker on name badges.

If further participation is desired after this "exploratory session", the private sector entity must become an active private sector member of NEMA. For additional information, see the Private Sector Guidelines.

On-site Registration

On-site registration will not be available. Only pre-registration via the website by the deadlines provided will be accepted.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, August 8, 2008 and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided after August 8, 2008. Conference registration is fully transferable.
